Our Work

At Know It, Name It, Love It, we specialize in creating custom workshops for schools, universities, NGOs, corporates and community groups that focus on diversity & inclusion, gender, sexuality, and reproductive justice. We dream of a world where people can express who they are, access their rights and live freely in spite of their identity. Quality information, love, respect, and empathy are the basis for our training.

We believe in a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to SRH practices and education which incorporates factual information with sensitive attitudes towards conversations around gender and sexualityBy breaking down stigmas and myths associated with gender and sexual health we can then tackle issues including consent, sexual violence, abortion rights, and STIs. Most importantly, by incorporating a sex-positive, pleasure-based approach to comprehensive sexuality education, we open a new world to topics that are overlooked by traditional discourse, yet are crucial to every person discovering and exploring their sexuality (love, relationships, toxic masculinity, body diversity, and body image, etc.).

We understand that professional environments should be safe and inclusive, and facilitating this process is not easy. Our comprehensive methodology will help to navigate these complex relationships and settings: by using interactive games and disruptive tools we breakdown common misconceptions and misunderstandings that may arise in workspaces. Finally, we work together with the community to create a set of foundational and specific guidelines called 'Pillars of the Community'. These are fundamental for any multicultural organization/company/university invested in providing a healthy environment by preventing any kind of discrimination and harassment in the workplace.

We know that well-informed people can make better decisions for themselves, and the world is better when we come to KNOW, can effectively NAME, and learn to LOVE all parts of ourselves!

Applying an intersectional lens is essential to the work that we do and we give special attention to the way that not only gender and sexual orientation but also race, class, caste, religion, etc., may affect access to sexual and reproductive rights.

Our work can be situated to adjust to your group's needs. Regardless of age or professional/academic level, we want to ensure that anti-stigma information can be tailored to any demographic. Contact us to find out how!

"Breaking down stigmas one conversation at a time!"

Our Mission

Once you can KNOW IT, and NAME IT, you can LOVE IT!

Education provides us access to things like nothing else.

We want to ensure that when it comes to gender, sex, sexuality, reproductive health, inclusion, and justice, knowing the facts is the first vital step to breaking down stigmas and taboos about such topics.

Names hold power.
We encourage and practice accurately identify everything from social structures to body parts, so everyone can make better-informed decisions about how we view ourselves and the world around us.

Breaking down stigmas is a labour of love.
By compassionately educating ourselves and others about previously taboo subjects, we open up dialogues and connect on different levels than ever before. Knowledge and recognition can lead to acceptance, and it’s through acceptance that we can find love.

Our Vision

We envision a world free of stigmas, where everyone is equipped with quality education and compassion, free of oppression and discrimination.
